Connecticut Home Inspectors
- To renew your Home Inspector License in the state of Connecticut, you are required to complete 20 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- 3 hours must consist of home inspection legislation, licensing laws and regulations. The remaining hours must be completed in courses approved by the Board.
- All Home Inspector Licenses expire 2 years from the date of issuance. Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- Course providers must retain a record of continuing education completion for a minimum of 3 years. Licensees must retain verification of continuing education completion. The Board shall audit randomly to verify continuing education compliance.
