Connecticut General Appraisers
- To renew your State Certified General Appraiser License in the state of Connecticut, you are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- 3 hours of continuing education must be the Mandatory Connecticut Real Estate Appraisal Law Update module. 7 hours must be the USPAP course taught be a Certified USPAP instructor. The remaining hours must be received by courses and topics approved by the Connecticut Real Estate Appraisal Commission.
- Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration
- Certificates of completion are not be mailed or submitted with your renewal form. You must retain original certificates in case you are selected for an audit.
