Connecticut Real Estate Broker
- To renew your Real Estate Broker License in the state of Connecticut, you are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- 6 hours of continuing education are Mandatory courses determined by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission. The 6 remaining courses must be elective courses approved by the Real Estate Commission and from an approved school.
- Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- Certificates of completion are not be mailed or submitted with your renewal form. You must retain original certificates for a minimum of three years in case you are selected for an audit.
